Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was delivered or received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us and provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return request.
- Our team will review your request and, if it meets the eligibility criteria, will provide you with further instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the return and, if applicable, issue a refund or exchange as per your preference.
- Allow up to three weeks for shipping
